Pitta Filled with Chicken and Vegetables

Using either leftover chicken or Tandoori Chicken and Crunchy Vegetables filled in Pitta

Instructions

Grilled Chicken

  • Marinate Chicken Pieces in Salt and Lemon. Leave it for about 1/2 hr
  • Grind Onions (2), Green Chillies (8), Garam Masala (2 tsp), Strained Yogurt (4 tbsp), Ginger-Garlic Paste. Marinate for at least 2 hours
  • Grill in Oven till Roasted
  • Shred Chicken

Filling

  • Heat Pan. Add Vegetables (e.g. Brocolli, Capsicum, White Cabbage, Red Onions, Carrot)
  • After couple of minutes, add the Shredded Chicken, Chicken Cube (crumble one stock cube)

Pitta

  • Heat Pitta in Oven. Once it is warm. slit lengthwise
  • Spread Mayanoise (option to mix with Sweet Chilli Sauce, Spicy Chilli Sauce) inside the pitta bread
  • Add Chicken Filling
