Pitta Chicken with Humous and Harissa Sauce

Healthy Chicken filling in Pitta Bread

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix lime Juice (from 2 limes), coriander powder (1 tsp), Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric powder (1 tsp), Salt and Chopped Fresh Mint (1 tbsp)
  • Cut Breast Chicken (4) into strips. Add the above spices. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes
  • Mix Humous (175g) and Greek Yogurt (150g). Chill until required
  • Heat in a large pan and cook chicken it is done
  • Slit Pitta. Fill it with the yogurt mixture. Add Harissa paste for extra spice. Add chicken. Add Salad leaves, Capsicum, Sliced Tomatoes (optional)
