In a large bowl, mix lime Juice (from 2 limes), coriander powder (1 tsp), Cumin Powder (1 tsp), Turmeric powder (1 tsp), Salt and Chopped Fresh Mint (1 tbsp)
Cut Breast Chicken (4) into strips. Add the above spices. Marinate it for at least 30 minutes
Mix Humous (175g) and Greek Yogurt (150g). Chill until required
Heat in a large pan and cook chicken it is done
Slit Pitta. Fill it with the yogurt mixture. Add Harissa paste for extra spice. Add chicken. Add Salad leaves, Capsicum, Sliced Tomatoes (optional)
