Dry Paneer dish in Spicy Sauce

Instructions

Sauce

  • Add Ghee, Chopped Garlic. Then Add Coarsely Ground Coriander Seeds, Coarsely Ground Red Chillies
  • Add Finely Chopped Onions (2)
  • Add Finely Chopped Ginger and Green Chillies
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes (750g). Cook Till Dry
  • Add Salt, Garam Masala, Crushed Dry Fenugreek Leaves and chopped ginger

Prepare Paneer with Sauce

  • Heat Ghee, Add Crushed Red Chillies (1/2 Tsp), Chopped Capsicum (1), Chopped Red Onion (1) – Cook in High Heat
  • Add Paneer
  • Add Prepared Sauce
  • Finish with Coriander Leaves, Dry Crushed Fenugreek Leaves, Lemon Juice. Garnish with Ginger Strips
