Dry Paneer dish in Spicy Sauce
Instructions
Sauce
- Add Ghee, Chopped Garlic. Then Add Coarsely Ground Coriander Seeds, Coarsely Ground Red Chillies
- Add Finely Chopped Onions (2)
- Add Finely Chopped Ginger and Green Chillies
- Add Chopped Tomatoes (750g). Cook Till Dry
- Add Salt, Garam Masala, Crushed Dry Fenugreek Leaves and chopped ginger
Prepare Paneer with Sauce
- Heat Ghee, Add Crushed Red Chillies (1/2 Tsp), Chopped Capsicum (1), Chopped Red Onion (1) – Cook in High Heat
- Add Paneer
- Add Prepared Sauce
- Finish with Coriander Leaves, Dry Crushed Fenugreek Leaves, Lemon Juice. Garnish with Ginger Strips
