Paneer in Pureed Spinach
Instructions
- Blanch Spinach and rinse with cold water
- Grind Ginger and Green Chilly
- Heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaf, Onions, Chopped Garlic
- Add Tomatoes
- Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder
- And Ginger Chilly Paste, Garam Masala and Paneer
- Add Single Cream, Lime Juice, Sliced Ginger
