Soak Dried Red Chillies (20)
Mix Yogurt (Whisk till smooth), with cumin seeds (2 tsp), Ground Coriander Powder (2 tsp), Chilli Powder, Salt
Heat Ghee, add Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay Leaves, GreenBlack Cardamom
Add Garlic (cut into Pieces)
Add Onions and Cook till Golden Brown
Stir in Meat. Cook for 2-3 Minutes
Drain Soaked Red Chillies and Add to Pan. Cook for 10-12 minutes until liquid has evaporated
Add Spiced Yogurt. Cook for Further 10-12 minutes until yogurt has evaporated
Add Lamb Stock and Simmer
Temper with Ghee, Cloves, Dried Red Chillies
Finish with Coriander Leaves
