Quick and Easy Prawn Flavoured Biryani

Instructions

Cook Rice

  • Boil Water. Add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, Cardamom
  • Add Soaked rice and Salt
  • Boil till 85% cooked

Biryani

  • Add Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder to Prawns
  • Add a bit Oil and then Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cumin Seeds
  • Add Marinated Prawns and Fry
  • Remove Prawns
  • Leave the Oil, Add Yogurt, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Salt, Biryani Masala, Fried Onions and then the fried Prawns
  • Layer the Rice, Coriander Leaves, Fried Onions, Sprinkle Orange Colour, Garam Masala

Notes

You can add Potatoes and Capsicum along with the Prawns
