Prawn Biryani
Quick and Easy Prawn Flavoured Biryani

Instructions
Cook Rice
Boil Water. Add Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Bay Leaves, Cardamom
Add Soaked rice and Salt
Boil till 85% cooked
Biryani
Add Salt, Ginger-Garlic Paste, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder to Prawns
Add a bit Oil and then Cinnamon, Cardamom, Star Anise, Cumin Seeds
Add Marinated Prawns and Fry
Remove Prawns
Leave the Oil, Add Yogurt, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Salt, Biryani Masala, Fried Onions and then the fried Prawns
Layer the Rice, Coriander Leaves, Fried Onions, Sprinkle Orange Colour, Garam Masala
Notes
You can add Potatoes and Capsicum along with the Prawns
