Vegetable Biryani
Flavoured Rice with Vegetables
Instructions
- Soak Rice
- Boil Water. Add Oil, Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds). Add Rice. Cook till 80%. Remove
- In a Pan, add Oil. Add Cumin Seeds.
- Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
- Add Chopped Potatoes, Cauliflower cut into Big Pieces. Add Salt
- Add Green Chillies, Fried Onions, Biryani Masala, Paneer, 1/2 cup Yogurt, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves
- Remove 1/4 of the Vegetables Masala
- Leave the Rest in the Pan. Add little more yogurt, then top with Rice (leave 1/4), Fried Onions, Orange Colour. Add the rest of the Vegetables. Top with Rice, Mint and Coriander Leaves.
