Vegetable Biryani

Flavoured Rice with Vegetables

Instructions

  • Soak Rice
  • Boil Water. Add Oil, Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Cumin Seeds). Add Rice. Cook till 80%. Remove
  • In a Pan, add Oil. Add Cumin Seeds.
  • Add Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Add Chopped Potatoes, Cauliflower cut into Big Pieces. Add Salt
  • Add Green Chillies, Fried Onions, Biryani Masala, Paneer, 1/2 cup Yogurt, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves
  • Remove 1/4 of the Vegetables Masala
  • Leave the Rest in the Pan. Add little more yogurt, then top with Rice (leave 1/4), Fried Onions, Orange Colour. Add the rest of the Vegetables. Top with Rice, Mint and Coriander Leaves.
