Roasted Brinjal Chutney for Dosas
Instructions
- Fry Channa Dal and Red Chillies – Remove
- Fry Small Onions and Tomatoes – Remove
- Roast Brinjal in direct flame and remove skin (or put it in Oven)
- Grind all except Channa Dal (Add Tamarind if required)
- Lastly Add Channa Dal and Grind Coarsely
- Temper with Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves
