Instructions

  • Fry Channa Dal and Red Chillies – Remove
  • Fry Small Onions and Tomatoes – Remove
  • Roast Brinjal in direct flame and remove skin (or put it in Oven)
  • Grind all except Channa Dal (Add Tamarind if required)
  • Lastly Add Channa Dal and Grind Coarsely
  • Temper with Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves
