Roasted Brinjal Chutney for Dosas

Fry Channa Dal and Red Chillies - Remove
Fry Small Onions and Tomatoes - Remove
Roast Brinjal in direct flame and remove skin (or put it in Oven)
Grind all except Channa Dal (Add Tamarind if required)
Lastly Add Channa Dal and Grind Coarsely
Temper with Mustard Seeds and Curry Leaves
