Masala Chicken

Tasty chicken great with Chapathi

Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken thighs (4) with Salt, Lemon Juice and Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp). Set Aside
  • Grind Onions (2), Ginger Garlic paste (1 tsp), Green Chillies (2) to a fine paste
  • Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Cumin Seeds (1 tsp). Then add lighltly pounded Cinnamon Stick (1), Cardamon (2), Cloves (2), Bay Leaves (1)
  • Add Chilli Powder (2 tsp), Coriander Powder (1 tsp) and Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes (2). Cook till it is mushy
  • Add Chicken. Cover and Cook for about 15 mins
  • Add Crushed Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala, Coconut Powder (optional)
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves
