Marinate Chicken thighs (4) with Salt, Lemon Juice and Ginger Garlic Paste (1 tsp). Set Aside
Grind Onions (2), Ginger Garlic paste (1 tsp), Green Chillies (2) to a fine paste
Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Cumin Seeds (1 tsp). Then add lighltly pounded Cinnamon Stick (1), Cardamon (2), Cloves (2), Bay Leaves (1)
Add Chilli Powder (2 tsp), Coriander Powder (1 tsp) and Turmeric Powder (1 tsp)
Add Chopped Tomatoes (2). Cook till it is mushy
Add Chicken. Cover and Cook for about 15 mins
Add Crushed Fenugreek Leaves, Garam Masala, Coconut Powder (optional)
Garnish with Coriander Leaves
