Piri Piri Chicken

Grilled Spicy and Tangy Chicken that can be served in a roll or Couscous

Instructions

  • Slice Chicken Breast or Boneless Thigh into thin Fillet
  • Marinate it with salt, pepper and lemon for 1/2 hour
  • Blend Scotch Bonnet Chillies (2), Fresh Red Chillies (2), Fresh Green Chillies (2), Basil (handful), Lemon Zest (2 tsp), Worcester Sauce (2 tsp), Olive Oil (3 tsp), Garlic (3 cloves), Lemon Juice (1), White Vinegar (1 tbsp), Sweet Paprika (1 tsp). Taste and adjust seasoning
  • Marinate Chicken with paste for a couple of hours and Grill
  • Serve with JalapeƱo Peppers, Hummus, Couscous, Flat Bread and Red OnionCucumberTomato Salad
