A filled Paratha with Minced Chicken or Meat and Egg
Instructions
Egg Mixture
- Mix Egg, finely Chopped Onions and Green Chillies. Set Aside
Dry Mince
- In a pan, add minced meat with little ginger garlic and turmeric. Fry till it is dry
- Move the meat mixture to the side and add finely chopped onions. Fry a little
- Mix everything together. Add Salt
- Add Chilli Powder and Meat Curry Powder
- Finish with Lemon Juice and Lemon Juice. Set Aside
Murtabak
- Follow Paratha Recipe
- Spread the dough into a thin layer
- Pour the egg mixture and some Keema mixture on the dough
- Spread it out
- Fold it into a rectangle and cook in a pan.
- Serve with Pickled Onions and Cucumber
