A filled Paratha with Minced Chicken or Meat and Egg

Instructions

Egg Mixture

  • Mix Egg, finely Chopped Onions and Green Chillies. Set Aside

Dry Mince

  • In a pan, add minced meat with little ginger garlic and turmeric. Fry till it is dry
  • Move the meat mixture to the side and add finely chopped onions. Fry a little
  • Mix everything together. Add Salt
  • Add Chilli Powder and Meat Curry Powder
  • Finish with Lemon Juice and Lemon Juice. Set Aside

Murtabak

  • Follow Paratha Recipe
  • Spread the dough into a thin layer
  • Pour the egg mixture and some Keema mixture on the dough
  • Spread it out
  • Fold it into a rectangle and cook in a pan.
  • Serve with Pickled Onions and Cucumber
