Mix 3.5 cups of Maida (Plain flour from Indian shops), salt (1 tsp) and sugar (1 tsp)
Add Egg (1), Milk (1/2 cup), Condensed Milk (1 tsp), Water (1/2 cup)
Knead for about 15 to 20 minutes till soft
Rest for 5 minutes
Knead for another 5 to 10 minutes
Divide into 8 balls
Put the dough into a big bowl covered with oil so it doesn't dry out
Leave it in the fridge overnight or rest for at least a couple of hours
Next day, take the bowl out from the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Oil the table slightly. Use your palm to spread each dough into a circular shape until it is really thin. You can try flipping it
Then fold it into thirds and gather it together to make a line. Swirl it around to make into a coil.
Pat it down again to a circular shape
Place it in a hot pan and cook till Paratha is done.
Remove the Paratha from heat and Squash it together.
Enjoy with Malaysian Chicken Curry.
