A filled Paratha with Minced Chicken or Meat and Egg

Dry Mince
In a pan, add minced meat with little ginger garlic and turmeric. Fry till it is dry
Move the meat mixture to the side and add finely chopped onions. Fry a little
Mix everything together. Add Salt
Add Chilli Powder and Meat Curry Powder
Finish with Lemon Juice and Lemon Juice. Set Aside

Spread the dough into a thin layer
Pour the egg mixture and some Keema mixture on the dough
Spread it out
Fold it into a rectangle and cook in a pan.
Serve with Pickled Onions and Cucumber
