South Indian Chicken Masala
Instructions
- Grind Onions (3), Tomatoes (3), Ginger and Garlic. Set aside
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add Cinnamon, Cloves
- Add Chicken pieces and fry for a couple of minutes
- Add above paste, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt
- Pressure Cook
- Heat another pan and add Peppercorns and cumin. Grind
- Add the ground spice to the chicken masala.
- Add Tamarind if needed
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves
