South Indian Chicken Masala

Instructions

  • Grind Onions (3), Tomatoes (3), Ginger and Garlic. Set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add Cinnamon, Cloves
  • Add Chicken pieces and fry for a couple of minutes
  • Add above paste, Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and Salt
  • Pressure Cook
  • Heat another pan and add Peppercorns and cumin. Grind
  • Add the ground spice to the chicken masala.
  • Add Tamarind if needed
  • Garnish with Coriander Leaves
