Egg Korma
Instructions
- Soak Chana Dal (2 tbsp) for about an hour and then grind finely
- Beat Eggs (4). Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder
- Add finely chopped Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix everything and fry egg
- In another pan, fry finely chopped Onions
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste
- Add Tomatoes
- Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder
- Add Water from Soaked Rice
- Add Coconut-Fennel-Kasa Kasa paste and the Chana Dall paste
- Add Tamarind and let it cook for a couple of minutes
- Add fried egg and remove from heat
