Instructions

  • Soak Chana Dal (2 tbsp) for about an hour and then grind finely
  • Beat Eggs (4). Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder
  • Add finely chopped Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix everything and fry egg
  • In another pan, fry finely chopped Onions
  • Add Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Add Tomatoes
  • Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder
  • Add Water from Soaked Rice
  • Add Coconut-Fennel-Kasa Kasa paste and the Chana Dall paste
  • Add Tamarind and let it cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add fried egg and remove from heat
