Soak Chana Dal (2 tbsp) for about an hour and then grind finely
Beat Eggs (4). Add Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder
Add finely chopped Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste. Mix everything and fry egg
In another pan, fry finely chopped Onions
Add Ginger-Garlic paste
Add Tomatoes
Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder
Add Water from Soaked Rice
Add Coconut-Fennel-Kasa Kasa paste and the Chana Dall paste
Add Tamarind and let it cook for a couple of minutes
Add fried egg and remove from heat
