Vegetable korma using 9 varieties of vegetables

Instructions

  • Cooked the below chopped vegetables:
    Potato, Sweet Potato, Avarakai (Broad Beans), Pumpkin, Green Mochai, Karunakilangu, Vazhakai (Raw Banana), Peas, Sorakai with Turmeric. Set aside
    (You can add any available vegetables)
  • Fry Dried Red Chilly, Coriander Seeds, Coconut, Cumin Seeds (optional) separately. Grind
  • Add the paste to the cooked vegetables.
  • Temper with Mustard Seeds and Urid Dal
