Mor Kulambu

Spiced Yogurt Stew best served with rice

Instructions

  • Grind Coconut (1 and 1/2 tbsp), Ginger (1 inch), Garlic (2), Pepper (1 tsp), Cumin (1 tsp), Green Chillies (3), Coconut (2 tsp), Soaked Chana Dal (1 tbsp), little Yogurt
    Note: Soak Chana Dal for 1/2 hr
  • Beat Yogurt and add
  • Heat oil in a pan and Dried Red Chillies (2), Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal, Curry Leaves
  • Add finely chopped Onions (1)
  • Add finely cut Tomatoes (1) Add Okra or any other suitable vegetable. Cook for a couple of minutes
  • Add Yogurt Masala. Once it froths, remove from heat. Add Coriander Leaves
  • Once it froths, remove from heat. Add Coriander Leaves
