Grind Coconut (1 and 1/2 tbsp), Ginger (1 inch), Garlic (2), Pepper (1 tsp), Cumin (1 tsp), Green Chillies (3), Coconut (2 tsp), Soaked Chana Dal (1 tbsp), little YogurtNote: Soak Chana Dal for 1/2 hr Beat Yogurt and add
Heat oil in a pan and Dried Red Chillies (2), Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal, Curry Leaves
Add finely chopped Onions (1)
Add finely cut Tomatoes (1) Add Okra or any other suitable vegetable. Cook for a couple of minutes
Add Yogurt Masala. Once it froths, remove from heat. Add Coriander Leaves
