Sorraka Adai
Savoury Pancake like dish made out of Bottle gourd
Instructions
- Soak Boiled Rice (2 cups) for about 3 hours
- Peel and Deseed SorakaiBottle gourd (1). Cut into pieces
- Grind Fennel Seeds (1 tsp), Dried Red Chillies (7)
- Add Rice and Sorakai and grind coarsely
- Add finely chopped onions, Curry Leaves, Salt and Coriander Leaves
- Batter should not be too runny
- Pour one ladle of batter on a Dosa Pan and spread it. Cook on both sides till done
Notes
You can add Pumpkin instead
The batter can be frozen but do not add salt
