Savoury Pancake like dish made out of Bottle gourd

Soak Boiled Rice (2 cups) for about 3 hours
Peel and Deseed SorakaiBottle gourd (1). Cut into pieces
Grind Fennel Seeds (1 tsp), Dried Red Chillies (7)
Add Rice and Sorakai and grind coarsely
Add finely chopped onions, Curry Leaves, Salt and Coriander Leaves
Batter should not be too runny
Pour one ladle of batter on a Dosa Pan and spread it. Cook on both sides till done
You can add Pumpkin instead
The batter can be frozen but do not add salt
