Karuvapillai Kulambu
Spicy Curry Leaves and Tamarind curry
Instructions
- Heat Pan and fry Curry Leaves (1 bunch)
- Fry Peppercorns (2 tsp), Cumin Seeds (2 tsp), Dried Red Chillies (5) separately
- Cool and grind the spices together
- Add Coriander Powder (4 tbsp) to the ground spices
- Heat Oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds (1 tsp)
- Add lots of Garlic
- Add the ground paste, Tamarind pulp, Turmeric and Salt
- Cook till it thickens
