Spicy Curry Leaves and Tamarind curry

Heat Pan and fry Curry Leaves (1 bunch)
Fry Peppercorns (2 tsp), Cumin Seeds (2 tsp), Dried Red Chillies (5) separately
Cool and grind the spices together
Add Coriander Powder (4 tbsp) to the ground spices
Heat Oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds (1 tsp)
Add lots of Garlic
Add the ground paste, Tamarind pulp, Turmeric and Salt
Cook till it thickens
