Sweet Mashed Karunakilangu
Instructions
- Boil Karunakilangu. Remove skin and mash. Set aside
- Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal.
- Add finely chopped Onions (3), Asafoetida (pinch).
- Add mashed Karunakilangu
- Add tamarind Pulp, Jaggery, Salt
- Cook till iti s mashed and pulpy
