Instructions

  • Boil Karunakilangu. Remove skin and mash. Set aside
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Urid Dal.
  • Add finely chopped Onions (3), Asafoetida (pinch).
  • Add mashed Karunakilangu
  • Add tamarind Pulp, Jaggery, Salt
  • Cook till iti s mashed and pulpy
