Stuffed Crab
Spicy Crab Masala stuffed in its own shell
Instructions
- Clean Crab and set aside the outer hard shell for later use
- Boil Crab with little turmeric powder
- Once Cooked, let it cool and remove flesh from the soft shell.
- Boil the outer hard shell in water till colour changes. Strain and let it dry
Crab Mixture
- In a pan, heat oil. Season with finely chopped garlic, green chillies
- Add Coconut and Fennel paste (ground coarsely together)
- Saute well. Add finely chopped onions
- Add Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves
- Add little pepper powder,. Fry well and set aside. Leave it to cool
Stuffing
- Take the outer hard shell and stuff with the above crab mixture
- Cover the mixture with beaten egg
- Sprinkle Bread crumbs over the stuffing
- Repeat with the remaining outer hard shell
- Deep Fry the crab stuffing. Serve hot
