Cabbage and Green Mochai Fry

Instructions

  • Boil Green Mochai (Fresh and not the Dried Mochai). Remove Skin once cooked
  • Cut Cabbage lengthwise and 1/2 cook this separately
  • In a pan, dry fry little coriander seeds and coarsely grind it. Set aside
  • In a pan, heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds
  • Add Onion (1) and Tomato (1) and Fry
  • Once cooked, add the half cooked cabbage
  • Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Ginger/Garlic Paste, Turmeric and Salt
  • Once the spices are cooked through, add Green Mochai and Fry well
  • Add the coarsely ground coriander seeds to the vegetables

Notes

Add more onions and tomatoes if more gravy is needed
