Cabbage and Green Mochai Fry
Typical South Indian Traditional Side Dish

Instructions
Boil Green Mochai (Fresh and not the Dried Mochai). Remove Skin once cooked
Cut Cabbage lengthwise and 1/2 cook this separately
In a pan, dry fry little coriander seeds and coarsely grind it. Set aside
In a pan, heat Oil and add Cumin Seeds
Add Onion (1) and Tomato (1) and Fry
Once cooked, add the half cooked cabbage
Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Ginger/Garlic Paste, Turmeric and Salt
Once the spices are cooked through, add Green Mochai and Fry well
Add the coarsely ground coriander seeds to the vegetables
Notes
Add more onions and tomatoes if more gravy is needed
