Dry Spicy Peppery Chicken that goes well with Rice and Chicken Soup
Instructions
- Dry Roast the following:Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp), Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Pepper Corns (1/2 tsp), Red Chillies (6), Curry Leaves, Coconut (1 tbsp), Cashew Nuts or Almonds (1 tbsp)
- Heat Oil. Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom
- Add Coarsely Ground Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste
- Add Chicken
- Add Masala Powder – Cover
- Add Lemon Juice
