Instructions

  • Dry Roast the following:
    Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp), Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Pepper Corns (1/2 tsp), Red Chillies (6), Curry Leaves, Coconut (1 tbsp), Cashew Nuts or Almonds (1 tbsp)
  • Heat Oil. Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom
  • Add Coarsely Ground Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Add Chicken
  • Add Masala Powder – Cover
  • Add Lemon Juice

Use the Leftover Ground masala to make chicken Rasam
