Dry Spicy Peppery Chicken that goes well with Rice and Chicken Soup

Instructions
Dry Roast the following:
Coriander Seeds (1 tbsp), Cumin Seeds (1 tsp), Pepper Corns (1/2 tsp), Red Chillies (6), Curry Leaves, Coconut (1 tbsp), Cashew Nuts or Almonds (1 tbsp)
Heat Oil. Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom
Add Coarsely Ground Onions, Ginger-Garlic paste
Add Chicken
Add Masala Powder - Cover
Add Lemon Juice

Use the Leftover Ground masala to make chicken Rasam
