Instructions
Marinate Tilapia with:
Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder (1 tsp), Pepper Powder (1/3 tsp), Turmeric Powder, Fenugreek Leaves (1/2 tsp), Cumin Powder (1/4 tsp), Ground Shallots ((4), Garlic, Ginger, Vinegar (2 tsp), salt
Fry Tilapia
Heat Kadai. Add Coconut Oil
Add Mustard Seeds
Add chopped Shallots or Onions
Add thinly sliced ginger, Green Chillies (7), Curry Leaves, Tomato Puree (2-3 tbsp), Tomato Ketchup, water, Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp), Salt
Add Fish
