Instructions
- Cut Brinjal lengthwise
- In Kadai add oil. Add Mustard seeds and Urid Dal
- Add Onions, curry leaves and crushed garlic
- Fry well
- Add the brinjal. Cover and Cook
- When it is 3/4 done, add sltambhar powder, little pepper Jeera mix. Add salt
- Cook it is well done.
