Instructions

  • Cut Brinjal lengthwise
  • In Kadai add oil. Add Mustard seeds and Urid Dal
  • Add Onions, curry leaves and crushed garlic
  • Fry well
  • Add the brinjal. Cover and Cook
  • When it is 3/4 done, add sltambhar powder, little pepper Jeera mix. Add salt
