Instructions
- Roast Slowly the Following: Cardamoms (4/5), Cinnamon, PepperCorns (5-6), Cloves (3), Bay Leaf (1), Cumin Seeds (1.5 tsp), Coriander Seeds (1.5 tsp), Fennel Seeds (1.5 tsp), Red Chillies (3)
- Cool and Grind
- Soak Channa Overnight. Pressure Cook with Salt and tea Bag
- Heat Pan and Add Oil. Add Chopped Onions (2).
- Add Ginger-Garlic
- Add Chopped Tomatoes (3)
- Add Masala Powder, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Little Chana Masala, Green Chillies (3)
- Add Boiled Channa with Water
- Finally Add Mango Powder (Amchor)
- Serve with Onions
