Instructions

  • Roast Slowly the Following: Cardamoms (4/5), Cinnamon, PepperCorns (5-6), Cloves (3), Bay Leaf (1), Cumin Seeds (1.5 tsp), Coriander Seeds (1.5 tsp), Fennel Seeds (1.5 tsp), Red Chillies (3)
  • Cool and Grind
  • Soak Channa Overnight. Pressure Cook with Salt and tea Bag
  • Heat Pan and Add Oil. Add Chopped Onions (2).
  • Add Ginger-Garlic
  • Add Chopped Tomatoes (3)
  • Add Masala Powder, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Little Chana Masala, Green Chillies (3)
  • Add Boiled Channa with Water
  • Finally Add Mango Powder (Amchor)
  • Serve with Onions
