Instructions
- Boil Mutton Pieces with Ginger-Garlic Paste, Fennel Powder, Yogurt, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Salt for about 40 mins
- Heat Oil in a Pan. Add Urid Dal, Mustard Seeds, Chana Dal, Dried Red Chillies, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Star Anise
- Add Onions, Curry Leaves
- Add Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Tomato Puree (2 Tbsp).
- Finally add Mutton
