Slightly Sweet Butter Chicken Masala
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, salt, Chilli Powder
- Shallow Fry Chicken in oil
- In Leftover oil, add cumin seeds. Once browned, add one onion
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste
- Add tomatoes, Cashew nuts paste, coriander powder, crushed fenugreek leaves (1/2 tsp), red chilli powder, sugar, salt, green chillies.
- Once tomatoes are cooked, cool and then blend into paste
- Heat butter in pan, add paste, red colour powder (optional) and Chicken.
- Finish with little Tomato ketchup and coriander leaves
