Instructions

  • Marinate Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, salt, Chilli Powder
  • Shallow Fry Chicken in oil
  • In Leftover oil, add cumin seeds. Once browned, add one onion
  • Add Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Add tomatoes, Cashew nuts paste, coriander powder, crushed fenugreek leaves (1/2 tsp), red chilli powder, sugar, salt, green chillies.
  • Once tomatoes are cooked, cool and then blend into paste
  • Heat butter in pan, add paste, red colour powder (optional) and Chicken.
  • Finish with little Tomato ketchup and coriander leaves
