Marinate Chicken with Ginger-Garlic paste, salt, Chilli Powder
Shallow Fry Chicken in oil
In Leftover oil, add cumin seeds. Once browned, add one onion
Add Ginger-Garlic paste
Add tomatoes, Cashew nuts paste, coriander powder, crushed fenugreek leaves (1/2 tsp), red chilli powder, sugar, salt, green chillies.
Once tomatoes are cooked, cool and then blend into paste
Heat butter in pan, add paste, red colour powder (optional) and Chicken.
Finish with little Tomato ketchup and coriander leaves
