Tandoori Chicken Butter Masala

Tandoori Chicken Flavoured in Butter Creamy Gravy

Instructions

Tandoori Chicken

  • Marinate Chicken Pieces in Salt and Lemon. Leave it for about 1/2 hr
  • Grind Onions (2), Green Chillies (8), Garam Masala (2 tsp), Colouring, Strained Yogurt (4 tbsp), Ginger-Garlic Paste. Marinate for at least 2 hours
  • Grill Chicken in oven till cooked

Sauce

  • Mix Tomato Puree (4 tbsp), with water to make 250 ml of sauce
  • Add Single Cream (300 ml), Salt, Sugar, Finely Cut Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Slit Green Chillies (5), Chilly Powder (2 tsp), Lemon Juice, Ground Roasted Cumin (2 tsp)
  • Heat Butter. Add above sauce. Once it is heated, Add Tandoori Chicken
  • Finish with Lemon Juice
