Tandoori Chicken Butter Masala
Tandoori Chicken Flavoured in Butter Creamy Gravy

Instructions
Tandoori Chicken
Marinate Chicken Pieces in Salt and Lemon. Leave it for about 1/2 hr
Grind Onions (2), Green Chillies (8), Garam Masala (2 tsp), Colouring, Strained Yogurt (4 tbsp), Ginger-Garlic Paste. Marinate for at least 2 hours
Grill Chicken in oven till cooked
Sauce
Mix Tomato Puree (4 tbsp), with water to make 250 ml of sauce
Add Single Cream (300 ml), Salt, Sugar, Finely Cut Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Slit Green Chillies (5), Chilly Powder (2 tsp), Lemon Juice, Ground Roasted Cumin (2 tsp)
Heat Butter. Add above sauce. Once it is heated, Add Tandoori Chicken
Finish with Lemon Juice
