Instructions
Green Masala
- Grind Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Coriander Leaves, Cashew Nuts (5), Cloves (8), Cinnamon
Red Masala
- Grind Bay Leaves (2), Dried Red Chillies (20), Coriander Powder (1.5 tbsp), Tomatoes (4-5)
White Masala
- Grated Coconut (1 cup), Onions (3)
Curry
- marinate Chicken with 1/2 of Green Masala, Turmeric, 1/2 cup Yogurt, salt
- Add Ghee, Fry Chicken lightly – Remove
- Fry Sliced Onions till brown
- Add Red Masala. Fry about 1- 2 mins
- Add White Masala. Fry for 2 mins
- Add Green Masala for 1 min. Add water, Yogurt (1/2 cup), Chicken and Fried Onions
- Remove when Chicken is cooked
