marinate Chicken with 1/2 of Green Masala, Turmeric, 1/2 cup Yogurt, salt
Add Ghee, Fry Chicken lightly - Remove
Fry Sliced Onions till brown
Add Red Masala. Fry about 1- 2 mins
Add White Masala. Fry for 2 mins
Add Green Masala for 1 min. Add water, Yogurt (1/2 cup), Chicken and Fried Onions
Remove when Chicken is cooked
