Coriander Curry Leaves Chilly Chutney

Spicy Blend of Coriander and Curry Leaves chutney

Instructions

  • Fry the below in a pan (one ingredient at a time for a couple of minutes)
    Green Chillies (3), Dry Red Chillies (3), Small Onions (10), Coriander Leaves (1/2 bunch), Curry Leaves (few), little coconut,
  • Then Grind the above coarsely with little coconut, tamarind and salt.
  • In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds (1tsp), Urid Dal (1 tsp). Add the above paste. Fry for a few minutes and remove from heat.
