Instructions
- Cut Breast Chicken into small cubes
- Mix Chicken with Plain Flour, Cornflour and Egg. Deep Fry
- Heat Oil in a pan. Add Minced Garlic, Tomato Sauce, Butter, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Cashew Nuts and Spring Onion
- Add the Fried Chicken to the sauce and cook till the sauce is nicely coated on the chicken
- Serve immediately
