Cut Breast Chicken into small cubes
Mix Chicken with Plain Flour, Cornflour and Egg. Deep Fry
Heat Oil in a pan. Add Minced Garlic, Tomato Sauce, Butter, Chilli Flakes, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Cashew Nuts and Spring Onion
Add the Fried Chicken to the sauce and cook till the sauce is nicely coated on the chicken
Serve immediately
