Tangy Sweet Ginger Chutney
Instructions
- Heat Oil in a pan and add finely cut Ginger (3 inch). Set aside
- Fry Dried Red Chillies. Add Coriander Leaves (1 bunch). Set aside
- Grind the above with Tamarind (lime size) and Salt
- Temper with Mustard Seeds, Asafetida. Add Ground Chutney and Jaggery
