Tangy Sweet Ginger Chutney

Instructions

  • Heat Oil in a pan and add finely cut Ginger (3 inch). Set aside
  • Fry Dried Red Chillies. Add Coriander Leaves (1 bunch). Set aside
  • Grind the above with Tamarind (lime size) and Salt
  • Temper with Mustard Seeds, Asafetida. Add Ground Chutney and Jaggery
