Tangy Sweet Ginger Chutney

Heat Oil in a pan and add finely cut Ginger (3 inch). Set aside
Fry Dried Red Chillies. Add Coriander Leaves (1 bunch). Set aside
Grind the above with Tamarind (lime size) and Salt
Temper with Mustard Seeds, Asafetida. Add Ground Chutney and Jaggery
