Soraka Halwa
Instructions
- Peel and Cut Soraka into pieces. Cook till it is soft
- Strain completely
- Heat Ghee in a pan
- Add Soraka and cook for about 10/15 minutes
- In another pan, heat milk (1 litre) and cook till it is creamy. Add sugar (3 cups). Cook till sugar is dissolved.
- Add this to Soraka and cook till ghee floats to the top.
