Soraka Halwa

Instructions

  • Peel and Cut Soraka into pieces. Cook till it is soft
  • Strain completely
  • Heat Ghee in a pan
  • Add Soraka and cook for about 10/15 minutes
  • In another pan, heat milk (1 litre) and cook till it is creamy. Add sugar (3 cups). Cook till sugar is dissolved.
  • Add this to Soraka and cook till ghee floats to the top.
