Fry Onions, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves
Add Ginger-Garlic pieces
Add Aubergine, Potato, Carrot, Cauliflower and Peas
Add finely chopped ginger
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, Roasted Coriander-Cumin powder
Then ad tomatoes (2-3)
Cover and cook
